After browsing through the Clyde North display centre we fell in love with the Saraha Q1 home. We love the floor plan and fascade. We got a quote from one of the salesmen and the cost were more realistic and suited our budget.
We haven't looked back since and now in the final contract stage and due to go on site in a couple of weeks. The whole process has taken us approximately 5 months in total from the initial quote to colour selection and etc. We are really excited and can't wait to move in.
Our build will look exactly the same as the display home as we love the fascade and the colour theme throuhgout the house.
